Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled at any time with or without reason. Please note all cancelled appointments do not receive a refund. All no show appointments do not receive a refund. Any appointment or service that requires a deposit is NOT permitted to receive a refund. All payments processed are final without exception. Please note stylist scheduled with may vary depending on salon schedule needs. All stylist are trained to perform services at the same level. If you can only be serviced by one specific person please advise in advance. Thank you
